Breastfeeding is the way nature intended us to feed our babies. Breastfeeding is hard work though! Just because it is the most natural way does not mean it is the easiest way, especially in the beginning. Mothers across the globe breastfeed their children, but there are many, many families that have a hard time due to a multitude of reasons. International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs) are trained at the highest level to identify the issues and improve feeding outcomes.
