Virtual Breastfeeding 101 Class
A breastfeeding class designed to educate, empower, and motivate soon-to-be moms! Learn about breastfeeding basics, infant tummy size, various breastfeeding positions, how to latch your infant properly, feeding frequency, sore nipple care, areas of concern, tips and tricks, what to expect the first 24hrs, kangaroo care, when to seek professional help, and how breastfeeding helps both mother and baby nutritionally, emotionally, and their general health.
Class participants should come prepared with their questions, pad of paper, pen, and a doll if possible! This is an interactive class, so be prepared to learn and have some fun too.
Participants will leave the class feeling educated and able to breastfeed. They will also learn when and where to ask for help! Education can help bridge the equity gap, making for happier breastfeeding families and healthier newborn outcomes.

Virtual Infant Massage Class
Research suggests that infant massage education is beneficial to parents and infants in their overall bonding and attachment. It helps with infant neurological development, sleep quality, gastrointestinal issues, colic, appetite, and maternal postpartum depression. Touch is one of the senses that bonds us together and learning how to touch your baby in a way to promote bonding and improved health is how infant massage helps families.
GROUP VIRTUAL INFANT MASSAGE CLASS
The class is a 5 day series, which can be tailored to your group's needs (1x/week, 2x/week, etc). Great for a group of friends to sign up for, especially during this downtime. The cost for the 5 classes is $125 (min. class participation of 4 people is necessary). Each class is 1-hour long and will be done through an online video platform. Newborns up through 6 months of age are welcome. Participants will need to have their own safe food grade oil to use on their babies during the class.
PRIVATE VIRTUAL INFANT MASSAGE CLASS
Private Virtual Infant Massage Class (1:1). One 1-hr session for $95, Two 1-hr sessions for $185. Newborns up through 6 months of age are welcome. Participants will need to have their own safe food grade oil to use on their babies during the class.
